We provide publication support services that may include journal recommendation, premium editing, artwork formatting, plagiarism checks, journal submission assistance, resubmission support, pre-submission peer review, and related consulting. Service scope depends on the pack or custom options you select.

2. No publication guarantee

Journal acceptance is determined solely by journal editors and peer reviewers. We do not guarantee publication, acceptance, impact factor outcomes, or indexing results. Our role is to improve manuscript readiness and support the submission process according to the purchased service scope.

3. Eligibility

You confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit manuscript materials for review and editing.

4. Orders and payment

  • Quotes and prices may vary based on word count, complexity, turnaround, and selected services.
  • For custom services, payment is generally required before delivery.
  • For packs, payment may be completed upon delivery of the first component, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Journal fees (such as open-access APCs or color figure charges) are not included in our fees and remain your responsibility.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate manuscript files and instructions
  • Respond to queries and review deliverables within agreed timelines
  • Ensure research integrity, authorship accuracy, and ethical compliance of your work
  • Obtain any necessary permissions for third-party content included in your manuscript

6. Turnaround times

Stated turnaround times are estimates based on complete materials and timely client feedback. Delays caused by incomplete files, late feedback, journal systems, or force majeure events may extend delivery schedules.

7. Revisions and quality commitment

Where included in your service, we will address revisions within the stated scope. If work does not meet the agreed scope, we will rework it. Certain packs include re-editing support for a defined period. Scope exclusions (for example, new research content or major restructuring outside the purchased service) may require an additional quote.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on whether delivered services meet the purchased scope. A journal’s decision to reject a manuscript does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund. If we miss a promised deadline under a guarantee that expressly offers a refund, that guarantee’s terms apply. Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

9. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your manuscript and research content. You grant us a limited license to use submitted materials solely to perform the services. Our website content, branding, templates, and materials remain our property unless otherwise stated.

10. Confidentiality

We treat your unpublished manuscripts and project communications as confidential and use them only to deliver services, subject to legal obligations and necessary operational sharing with assigned experts.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, plagiarized, or unethical purposes. We may refuse or discontinue service if materials appear to violate academic integrity standards, third-party rights, or applicable law.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

Services and website content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, other than commitments expressly stated in your service agreement or these Terms.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost opportunities, publication delays, or journal decisions. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.

14. Third-party services and journals

Our website or workflow may reference third-party tools, journals, or platforms. We are not responsible for third-party terms, availability, policies, or decisions. Mentions of journals or publishers do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

15. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of our primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue for disputes, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
